For 25+ years, I have worked as a massage therapist and wellbeing educator, nourishing people, listening to their needs, and helping them find a better life balance. Now, I am bringing that same heart and care directly to Austin, Texas. As the Curator of SW33T LIFE Micro Edible Gardens™, my goal is to make a fresh, edible garden experience accessible for anyone with a small garden space.

My path toward deep gardening flourished eight years ago when I finally had the space to cultivate my own. It felt exactly like returning to my roots. I have such clear, fond memories of my grandfather tending his vibrant garden and caring for his chickens. That foundation of simple living is something I hold dear.
